SHIPPING
Pollard's Soaps store can ship to virtually any address in the mainland United States. Note that there are restrictions on some products depending on the time of the year. For example, we cannot ship Body Butters and Lotion Bars during the summer/warmer months because they will melt. Also, all products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Please also note that the shipping rates are provided by USPS.
RETURNS
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your order, please contact us and we will work with you to find a solution. However, we will offer a replacement item or a refund in certain circumstances if contacted within 15 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it (due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons). It must also be in the original packaging.
